(!) Up to four images may be entered in each class.
Entry Method:
Online entry only.
Awards and Acceptances:
- There shall be an Engraved Crystal Glass Award for the Overall Exhibition Winner which will be decided out of the winners of all the Classes.
- There shall be an engraved Robin Hood 2026 Gold Medal award for the winner of every Class, including the Overall Winner.
- There shall be an engraved Robin Hood 2026 ‘Selectors’ medal at the discretion of the Selectors in all classes.
- There shall be Highly Commended Certificates for all images that the Selectors have agreed to be worthy of a ‘Highly Commended’ classification. These certificates will be able to be downloaded from the Robin Hood website application software but must be downloaded within a certain limited period by the recipient.
- There shall be a Certificate for Best NEMPF entrant, for the best North and East Midlands Photographic Federation entrant decided by the maximum number of points gained from all accepted images. (In the event of a tie, it will be decided on the most images scoring 15, 14, 13 points, etc. If this also ends in tie, there will be a joint award.

There shall be a Certificate for Best NNPS entrant, for the best Nottingham and Notts Photographic Society member decided by the maximum number of points gained from all accepted images. (In the event of a tie, it will be decided on the most images scoring 15, 14, 13 points, etc). If this also ends in tie, there will be a joint award.
Results:
Exhibition results and award winning images will appear on the
Robin Hood Open Exhibition website by early June 2026.
